The Miss Kaogma candidates donning their Kaogma Festival Costume Candidate No. 11 Nicole Irish Madulid from Legazpi City, Albay
DESIGNER: Billy Barbs
Euphrosyne, the goddess of happiness and joy, embodies the fusion of the happiest and hottest festival in the world through her costume. The Kaogma Festival, known as the hottest but happiest festival, is represented by an intricately designed headdress adorned with flames. The costume features a structured body composed of a half mannequin with an immovable goddess hand gesture, symbolizing respect among goddesses. The wings are made of polyester foam, highlighting the invincibility and faith in the goddesses. The "Bahag Cut" lace sequined cloth symbolizes the Filipino royalty of the goddess. The movement of the wings spreads happiness, which is contagious to the people of Camarines Sur.
