With the continued effort to empower the marginalized especially the graduating beneficiaries of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), an inter-agency drive called Trabaho at Serbisyong Pangkalusugan sa Bagong Pilipinas led by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. was officially launched on March 7, 2025 at the Fuerte Sports Complex, Cadlan, Pili.

Different programs and services such as employment, livelihood, and access to essential support services were offered by various local and national agencies during the event. Over 3,000 job seekers who are primarily graduating beneficiaries of 4Ps participated in the job fair conducted by the Department of Labor and Employment with 2,365 job vacancies from different participating employers.

During the job fair, some of the applicants were even hired-on-the-spot. Among them was 22-year-old Jake Nelson Aboy from Himaao, Pili.

The job fair was also complemented by a one-stop shop for pre-employment screening with various government agencies, including the Social Security System, Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, Bureau of Internal Revenue, National Bureau of Investigation, Philippine Statistics Authority, and TESDA. DOLE also led the distribution of TUPAD payout amounting to 3,950 pesos each to 788 beneficiaries of the program.

The Department of Health, alongside medical teams from CamSur Provincial Health Office, Bicol Medical Center, and Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center also conducted a medical mission offering medical consultations, dental care, ophthalmology services, dermatology services, and ENT checkups and immunization services, including routine and pneumonia vaccinations.

Moreover, the Department of Agriculture led the distribution of 122 million worth of agricultural interventions to rice, corn, and high value crop farmers to help reduce their farm cost production. Various Farmers Cooperative and Associations (FCAs) in the province also received farm machineries and equipment such as tractors, combine harvesters, rice planters, among others. Fisherfolks also received assistance from Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources including fiberglass boats and seaweeds for their tilapia culture.

The Kadiwa stalls were also opened offering a variety of agricultural products at more affordable prices. The stall of Bagong Bayaning Magsasaka (BBM) rice sold at 29 to 35 pesos per kilogram was also present during the event to provide affordable yet quality rice to vulnerable sector.

The Provincial Government of CamSur was also all-out in its support of the medical mission by deploying its medical vans including the Laboratory Diagnostic Van, Hospital on Wheels, Women Wellness on Wheels, and Eye Clinic on Wheels to offer various free medical services.
