With criminal techniques and methodology dramatically evolving and at times resulting in critical scenarios like the case of the distraught former police officer who hijacked and held captive a busload of foreign tourists in Manila a few years ago and the more recent widespread hostage-taking of Zamboanga residents, the CamSur Peace and Order Council chaired by Governor Migz R. Villafuerte in partnership with PNP Provincial Office headed by acting provincial director PSSupt. Ramiro M. Bausa (inset) organized the Critical Incident Management and Task Group Training and Simulation Exercises to level up the capacity of municipal task forces and station commanders to tactically manage and  safely and effectively respond to critical situations should they occur in the province.  The four-day training included extensive theoretical instruction (inset, right) and was capped with commencement ceremonies and simulation exercises shown above, conducted at the Provincial Capitol Complex Monday, November 18
