The Provincial School Board of CamSur, co-chaired by Governor Migz Villafuerte and DepEd Schools Superintendent Dr. Gilbert Sadsad (right, top photo) who presided the regular meeting Tuesday morning, September 24 at the provincial governor’s office conference room, and includes representatives of the provincial board and concerned departments, parent-teacher associations and key education officials, minutely scrutinized expenses thus far  defrayed from the quite sizeable Special Education Fund (SEF) of the province as well as other expenditures projected for the rest of the year with fund watchdogs (left to right, inset photo) provincial treasurer Bernardo Prila, provincial accountant Leticia Aliorde and provincial assistant budget officer Pachita Felix on close lookout that all expenditures conform with prescribed accounting and auditing regulations in line with Governor Migz Villafuerte’s strict dictum of transparency and optimal use of resources.  The board also went over the nuts and bolts of its P25.85 Million 2014 budget will be integrated into the annual budget of the province.
